Are you a massive fan of matcha green tea? Looking for a new way to cool down this summer? Look no further!
We thought we’d share a quick and easy way to cool down this summer and if you’re a matcha fan, you’ll love them. It couldn’t be any simpler!
Grab around 1 to 2 tsp of matcha powder and add to 500ml of cold water. You can then either mix the matcha with a protein shaker bottle or with a handheld blender. Make sure all the matcha powder is blended properly so that no small clumps remain.
Next, you can add a few splashes of your favourite fruit juices or a smidge of sugar. This bit is obviously down to preference so get creative. You can even substitute water for natural yoghurt and if necessary, sweeten to taste. As you’d probably expect, the last step is to pop them straight in the freezer. Leave them for a good few hours and wait patiently.
What better way to cool down when the temperature soar. As matcha lovers, we can’t think of many better ways.
