The customer has the right to cancel any product or services. Any cancellation must be made within 14 days from the date of the delivery.
Cancellation needs to be done in a clear statement made by the customer, setting out the decision to cancel the contract. We recommend doing this in writing to one of the following:

Letters will be have been deemed to be received two working days following the postmark date.
Customers are required to return the goods, at their own expense, to Matchaletic Ltd, 14 Glastonbury Avenue, Lowton, Warrington, WA3 1ES without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the cancellation.
Please note that while the Product(s) remain in your possession you are under a duty to ensure that the Product(s) are kept safe and secure.
Once Product(s) are returned and deemed to be in acceptable condition, a full refund will be provided.
Subject to these terms and conditions, matchaletic.co.uk will supply to you the products indicated on your order confirmation.
